Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for MolNexus subscription plans.
Important: Once computational resources have been consumed (docking jobs, sequence designs), no refunds are available. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
1. Why We Have This Policy
MolNexus provides computational services (molecular docking, protein sequence design) that consume real cloud computing resources. Each job you run incurs costs on our infrastructure. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds once these resources have been used.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only if:
- You have not run any docking jobs or design sessions
- You request the refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
- This is your first subscription with MolNexus
If you have used computational resources, refunds are not available.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund:
- Email us at beltran.lissabet.jf@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address
- We will review your usage and respond within 3 business days
4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your account will revert to the free plan
- Your uploaded files and results will remain accessible
5. Exceptions
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for:
- Extended service outages that prevented you from using MolNexus
- Critical bugs that made the service unusable
