Welcome to MolNexus. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

MolNexus is a web-based platform providing molecular docking and protein sequence design tools, including:

  • AutoDock Vina for molecular docking simulations
  • ProteinMPNN for protein sequence design
  • LigandMPNN for ligand-aware protein design

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious files or code
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize recurring charges according to your plan
  • Review our Refund Policy before purchasing

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all molecular files and data you upload. We process your data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

6. Intellectual Property

MolNexus and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MolNexus and are protected by copyright laws. The underlying scientific tools (AutoDock Vina, ProteinMPNN, LigandMPNN) are subject to their respective licenses.

7. Limitation of Liability

MolNexus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Interruptions or errors in service
  • Loss of data
  • Scientific accuracy of computational results
  • Decisions made based on service outputs

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
